DWealth does not serve individual clients, and does not provide investment management, wealth management, trading, custody, or any SFC-regulated financial services.

Our License

dWEALTH is currently a holder of a Trust or Company Service Provider (“TCSP”) license under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (“AMLO”, Cap. 615). This license enables DWealth to provide trust and company services, including advising on digital asset governance frameworks and facilitating trust structures for organisations managing digital assets. DWealth does not provide standalone commercial custody services.
