DWealth Limited

  • TCSP-licensed corporation
  • Focused on Digital-treasury Solutions And Governance Frameworks consulting
  • Does not conduct SFC-regulated activities

CSpro (Hong Kong) Limited

  • SFC-licensed corporation
  • Responsible for all Securities and Futures Ordinance regulated activities, subject to SFC approval

There is no overlap between DWealth's consulting activities and CSpro's regulated business. Any future expansion of regulated activities within the group will be undertaken only by the appropriately licensed entity, subject to separate approvals.

Our License

DWealth is currently holder of Trust or Company Service Provider (“TCSP”) license under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (“AMLO”), which will allow it to provide custodian services for digital assets.
